General
Pup joints are designed and manufactured in line with API Spec 16C "Choke and Kill Equipment" latest edition and NACE MR0175 to handle a complete range of high pressure and abrasive oilfield fluids, pup joints can be available with integral model and NPST model. Integral pup joints is made of one piece high quality alloy steel seamless pipelines with forged upset ends machined with ACME thread on one end, and equipped with detachable wing nut on another upset and machined end, integral pup joints can be machined with retaining shoulder to prevent nut from sliding down pup joints when held vertically. While NPST pup joints are made of high quality seamless pipeline, both ends of pup joints pipe body are machined with tubing thread and then equipped with male sub together with detachable wing nut on one end, and another end is equipped with female sub machined with ACME thread. Pup joints offered by us can be interchangeable with world famous brand products, and pup joints is often asked for fig 602, fig 1002 and fig 1502 in size 2 inch or 3 inch, when customers place order, integral or NPST model, and length of pup joints shall be offered. Each pup joints is capped with pin protector on male end and box thread protector on female end.

Pup joints can be installed with safety clamps to provide a safe environment in case of rupture or disengagement of the flow line while under pressure, and these safety clamps for pup joints can be available as per order.
